I been working out for a couple of Months now and seen lots of improvements. My main goal was to drop to 155 lbs by the end of November but only got as low as 157. It wasn't easy losing 8 pounds within a month and a half. It took hard comment of deiting and extensive cardio to get were I am now. Starting today I will be taking Gnc 100% Whey Protein till I reach that next goal. I plan on taking one serving before working out and after. Two Motivations: 2010 Tattoo/Together As One.
