Mile For Minutes
Just Tested my stamina today after working out. I usually run laps over hills, one of the few benefits of Signal Hill but today I used the Treadmill to run a mile. Anyways I Put it up to 8.5 the whole way, then 9.0 on the last lap. It was hell but had to put my strength to the test. Final time 7:12
